The month of November - the Productivity Month

November is a month that I can't ever say I really like apart from it being nicely located in the Autumn season. So, to spark it up I am doing not one, but TWO intense things. The first is Movember.

Movember is a month long challenge where, for Prostate cancer, men around the world shave themselves clean and then cultivate a moustache. We are sponsored. To sponsor me, clicky here! I struggle to keep a healthy moustache on my face but I really wanted to do it last year BUT totally forgot about it. So this year, I've set up a page and I am getting ready to blanket EVERYONE I know to give me money. I don't care how barefaced it is going to be.

The second is NaNoWriMo, or National Novel Writing Month. Basically, between the 1st and 30th November you are tasked with writing a 50'000 word novel. Sounds tricky BUT I think it'll be fine - I have been cutting my teeth on the Write in for Writing's Sake, so that might help. I expect to fail this task (so why am I trying?) BUT there's fun to be had in having to set aside time to write something each night. The funny thing is that, to help me get it done, I am going to be purchasing a keyboard that plugs into my Macbook because the MacBook keyboard is a piece of pissface. See me here.

I will update my progress on all fronts on this blog.
